Happy Ancient Blood Holiday!

I should have titled this post "CARD-E-YO!"
Just before Valentine's Day I came across the excellent book, "The Man Who Touched his Own Heart: True tales of Science, Surgery and Mystery." by Rob Dunn.  This book pretty much combines all the things I love reading about! Namely, amazing medical stories, artists in graveyards, fungi and food politics. I also loved reading about the truly inspiring stories of the doctors and researchers who were so diligent and driven to help humanity!
I cannot help but gush :)

So whatever blood and fertility rite you celebrate, you can share the love by printing out the cards below. Feel the feels. xo

TEARS FROM THE HEART

Tears from the Heart is an arcade devotional fountain. Mother Mary sprays tears of blood directly from her heart every hour on the hour. Visitors are invited to take a teardrop soaked into a keepsake card.(pictured)
